WASHA SACCO LTD was established and registered on 8th January 1981. The society has come a long way, from a handful of members to over 2000 members drawn from different Aga Khan Institutions within Mombasa, Private companies, The SACCO was established with the objective of providing its members with the opportunity to save funds and obtain loans for productive purposes.
Amongst the products is the Washa Sacco Fosa which was launched on 15th February 2008 to the members of Aga Khan Community in Mombasa and the public at large. Washa Sacco is SASRA Licensed Deposit Taking Sacco. To increase its membership, Washa Sacco Ltd has opened the common Bond and now any member within or without the Aga Khan institutions is allowed to join and enjoy our diversified products which includes both savings and credit products.
